Rassvet LLC

About the company

From a small farm to the largest grain producer in the Trans-Urals

Rassvet LLC, located in the village of Krasnomylskoye in the Shadrinsk district, was founded in 2008. Its core business is crop production: wheat, barley, rapeseed, and flax are grown in the north-west of the Shadrinsk district.

It all started with 4,500 hectares of land — today the farm has over 36,000 hectares of arable land. In 2025, 28,000 hectares of farmland were sown and harvested. The average annual workforce is 150 people, mostly residents of Krasnomylskoye and the Shadrinsk district.

The main sales market is the Shadrinsk Grain Products Plant (JSC). Part of the grain is supplied to the Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk regions — to livestock complexes and major flour and feed mills of the Ural Federal District.

Production cycle

1

Sowing

12 seeding complexes — PK Muza, John Deere, Morris Express, DoubleDisk, Bargo, and Salford with liquid fertiliser application — work together with John Deere, Buhler, Claas, and RSM tractors. Auto-steering systems save fuel, fertilisers, and crop protection agents while improving grain quality.

2

Harvesting

The harvesting fleet: 11 Acros-595 combines, 12 John Deere combines, plus 4 John Deere and MacDon self-propelled windrowers — timely harvesting across all sown areas.

3

Grain transport

The company's own fleet — Shacman, KAMAZ, and MAZ dump trucks and heavy Scania trucks with trailers — fully covers the transport of produce from the fields and to the region's processing plants.

4

Grain storage

A grain storage facility with a total capacity of about 100,000 tonnes. Two elevators with modern drying and sorting equipment hold around 45,000 tonnes of finished produce.

Innovation

Since 2010, all of the company's vehicles and tractors have been fitted with GLONASS/GPS monitoring modules and high-precision fuel sensors of the SCOUT system.

A dispatcher sees in real time the location and speed of each machine, fuel volume, and equipment status — from ignition to the fill level of a combine's hopper. The software builds reports for individual machines and groups of machinery over any period.

Social and cultural projects

The enterprise's success makes it possible to support the development of the village's social infrastructure — a matter of principle for Rassvet's management.

Church of the Ascension

Built in 2009 on the site of a church destroyed in the 1930s. In 2017, a refectory was added nearby, hosting Sunday school classes.

School support

Helping the Krasnomylskoye secondary school with repairs and equipment: building materials, skis, books, and a multimedia projector.

Sports

A hockey rink (2012), a gym with billiards and table tennis (2015), and a team sports hall (2020). Two hockey teams — junior and adult.

Village improvement

A children's playground, reconstruction of the WWII memorial, a complete renovation of the 134-seat House of Culture, and repairs of roads and water towers.
