The enterprise is actively developing and building new production facilities. In 2025, a Petkus drying and sorting complex with storage silos and warehouse facilities was commissioned. The total storage capacity for crop production at the enterprise is 77,000 tonnes. Work is also underway to put agricultural land into circulation. The vehicle fleet and agricultural machinery fleet are constantly being renewed to improve the quality of work and achieve high planned performance indicators. Over the past 5 years, the following were purchased:
- tractors — 7 units
- combines — 8 units
- passenger cars — 9 units
- trucks — 9 units
Every year, company employees are awarded Certificates of Honour and Letters of Appreciation from the Department of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Kurgan region.
In November 2025, the Shadrinsk municipal district administration held another presentation of the Malcev Prize, dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the birth of Terenty Semenovich Malcev. Company employees were awarded Certificates of Honour and Letters of Appreciation from the Department of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Kurgan region:

In addition to crop production, the enterprise is developing livestock farming. Rassvet LLC's livestock operations focus on breeding Aberdeen Angus beef cattle (over 400 head) and Edilbay fat-tailed sheep (over 900 head) to produce various products: sale of live animals (cattle and sheep), meat, and food products for local residents.
In March 2025, livestock workers were honoured at the Shadrinsk municipal district administration. Farm manager Ufimtsev Gennady Viktorovich was awarded the G.M. Yefremov Prize.
